Cascading Goals

Your organization has Goals to achieve, your team have Objectives to meet for those goals to actualize, and you have Key Results to deliver. Ohos links your company Goals to your team Objectives to your Key Results...but as always, we do it a little differently. This is a partnership, after all, so you cannot be "assigned" your goals, instead, you select where you intend to contribute.

Eliminate Double Entry

Every day you have to track either tasks or data in a a system. Whether that is a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, PipeDrive, etc.) or a project management tool such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. We think those activities should link back to meeting Key Results which feed Objectives and ultimately help achieve goals. With Ohos, you can seamlessly see how your individuals, teams, and company are tracking in REAL-TIME. You can also see where you are either working on things outside of established goals so you can better shift, pivot, or add resources to fuel your growth OR redirect energy and resources to stay on target.
